Does Calligraphy Experts provide free samples
Yes, please go to the typestyles menu and you will see a link to order a free sample.
How do I place an order?
We have made the ordering process easy. After entering or uploading your guest list you click the place
order menu link for the item you want. For more detailed infformation go to the How To Place an Order Menu.
How long does it take to get a proof?
For most items it takes just seconds.In the Manage Your List page there is a view proof. After your guest
list has been entered you can generate a PDF file to see a proof.
What is the normal turnaround time to receive an order from the time I place my order?
If you place your order today you can see our approximate turnaround time in the Turnaround Time menu.
for this time to be accurate we would also need your envelopes to start your production time.
I need my order this weekend! Is this possible?
In some cases yes. Please contact us for more information on overnight service.
Are there additional or hidden fees?
You will know the exact cost of your order when you place your order with the exception of shipping. We
allow you to select standard or overnight and we charge your the exact shipping fees when your order
is completed and ready to ship.If you make changes to your order after it’s placed and then want to make
changes there may be an additional charge but we would let you know first.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept only accept credit cards right now but will be adding additional forms of payments soon.
When is payment due?
A deposit of $35 to $75 is required to place the order depending on the item. We charge the balance of your order
including shipping the day you order gets shipped.
Can I make changes to my guest list or order after it’s placed.
Once your order has been placed it is in production.I some cases you may be able to make changes.If you
need to make a change contact us immediatly and we will let you know at what stage your order is in.
What if I need a few more envelopes printed at the last minute?
Add the names to your guest list and make only the new names active for printing.Place a new order and
select the box Makup Order.We charge a lower minimum for makeup orders.
Do you offer orther ink colors?
Yes, when placing an order you can select from our ink colors.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time but there will be a fee depending on where your order is in the
production stage.If your entire order is completed when you want to cancel your order then you will be
charged the entire amount.
What happens if I find mistakes on my order after I receive it?
Calligraphy experts will keep at least 5 -probably 10 - sets, of envelopes in case of oversights or additions.
In the event the mistake is our error, you will not be charged for correcting the mistake.
Can I use a graphic or font that you do not have on your lists?
Yes, we have an extensive list of computerized fonts that are not shown on the website.Contact us for more
information on using specialized fonts.

Do you have a catalog or do you sell through local vendors or retailers?
No. Our products can only be found on our website. If and when we establish a vendor program, we will
post the vendor information on our website.
