Our website makes it easy for you to manage your mailing list. You can either upload a list using one of our templates, upload a list in a file format we accept or enter your list directly into our website.
You can then make additions, deletions or changes to your list as many times as you like until you place an order.
Before uploading or entering your list be sure you have reviewed which Design Layout you are going to use for your envelopes since different layouts determine where you to put the zip code. If the city and state are long you may want consider putting the zip code on a line by itself so it looks better.
We accept many file formats and you can either use one of our templates or upload an existing file. You will be asked to map your data fields when uploading your list but don’t worry if you make a mistake since you can easily delete all your records and try again. If you are unable to upload your file contact email us for help.

We recommend uploading a single name and address and then view a DETAILED PROOF. This ensures you are getting what you expect before entering your entire list.
When using spreadsheets:
Make the title, first and last names all in one field.
DON'T use wrapped text or merged cells,
DON'T use number cells for zip codes (or you will lose leading zeros)
