The first step in ordering envelpe addressing is to select the Design Layout you will to use. This determines if you will be putting the zip code on a line by itself. We do not separate zip codes so this must be done in advance. Go to the Design Layout page and decide which layout you will be using.

Now your need to enter or upload your mailing list in Manage My list & View Proofs. Once your list is completed you can view a quick proof to check for typos or spelling errors or you can view a detailed proof to see exactly how your order will look. This is very important and you must view a detailed proof before placing an order.

Once your list is 100% accurate and you have viewed your proof go to Place Order for Envelopes and follow the step by step instructions. After placing your order ship us your envelopes and we do the rest.
