Credit Card Security
Is it safe to order online? It’s very safe to order online but it’s unsafe for
your credit card information to be
stored indefinetly.We only store your credit card information until your order
is shipped.We make sure

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa,MasterCard, cashiers checks,
money orders and
personal checks. All are accepted in US funds only. Orders paid by money orders
and cashier's checks
or credit cards will ship on day of deposit.Orders paid by a personal check
will begin processing after
the clearance of funds.
Return Policy
All items are final sale and non-returnable. If there are any errors on your
order that are our fault we
will correct the problem ASAP at no charge to you.We are not responsible for
custoemr supplied
paper.Notice of an error or damaged goods must be made within 15 days of the
ship date. If you have
any order problems please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Order Deficiencies
Please check your order completely when you receive it and notify us
immediately of any
deficiencies. If you have any order deficiencies or an incomplete order, please
contact us within 7 days of
receipt of the order.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated on a per order basis and is
dependent on the shipping
method you select, your zip code, and the weight of your package. USPS First
Class Mail is the default
shipping method for sample orders. UPS Ground is the default shipping method
for all other orders.
Sales Tax
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in California are subject to a
7.75% sales tax.
Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error
in pricing.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, no refund shall be made. Refunds can only be
issued for defective
personalized printed products. Mistakes overlooked by the client during the
proof process does not deem
the product defective.If you wish to cancel your order please contact us.Any
orders cancelled after the
order has been placed online will be subject to paying the deposit amount.You
will be billed an additional
amount based on the progress of your order and how much work has been done on
it.
Sample Policies
We offer one sample per customer.
